Child Safety Standards

1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Worsship strictly prohibits all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform, including but not limited to:

- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) - any image, video, text, audio, or other content that sexually depicts or exploits a minor

- Grooming behaviour - any attempt to befriend, manipulate, or build trust with a minor for the purpose of exploitation or abuse

- Sexual solicitation of minors - any request, suggestion, or inducement directed at a person under the age of 18 for sexual purposes

- Trafficking of minors - any content that facilitates, promotes, or assists in the trafficking of children

- Non-consensual sharing of intimate images involving minors

Any user found to be engaging in any of the above will have their account immediately terminated and the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

2. Content Moderation and Detection

Worsship takes the following steps to detect, prevent, and respond to child safety violations:

- All video uploads are subject to review against our Community Guidelines, which explicitly prohibit CSAE content

- We use user reporting tools that allow any user to flag content or behaviour that may involve child exploitation or abuse

- Reports flagged as CSAE-related are escalated immediately and treated as the highest-priority moderation action

- We maintain an admin moderation system that enables rapid review and removal of flagged content

- Accounts associated with CSAE violations are permanently banned without appeal

3. Reporting CSAM and CSAE Concerns

If you encounter content on Worsship that you believe constitutes child sexual abuse material or child sexual exploitation, please report it immediately through one or more of the following channels:

In-app reporting: Tap the Flag icon on any video or use the Report option on any user profile.

This email address is monitored by Worsship's designated Child Safety Point of Contact. Reports sent to this address will be treated with the highest urgency.

Worsship will:

- Acknowledge CSAM/CSAE reports within 24 hours

- Remove reported content pending investigation within the same period

- Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and/or equivalent Nigerian authorities as required by applicable law

- Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations

4. Account Eligibility and Age Policy

- Worsship is not intended for children under the age of 13. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

- Financial features (wallet top-up, tipping, withdrawals) require users to be at least 18 years old.

- If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will immediately deactivate the account and delete associated personal data.

- Parents or guardians who believe their child has created an account on Worsship should contact us immediately at child-safety@worsship.com.

5. Community Standards and Enforcement

All users of Worsship are required to comply with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The following actions will result in immediate account termination and may result in law enforcement referral:

- Posting, sharing, or distributing CSAM in any form

- Using the platform to groom, solicit, or exploit minors

- Attempting to contact minors for inappropriate purposes

- Circumventing age restrictions or identity verification processes

Worsship reserves the right to terminate any account, remove any content, and report any user to law enforcement without prior notice when child safety is at risk.

6. Cooperation with Authorities

Worsship is committed to full cooperation with law enforcement agencies, child protection organisations, and regulatory bodies in all matters related to child safety. We will:

- Preserve and provide evidence as required by lawful legal process

- Report confirmed CSAM to relevant national and international authorities

- Respond promptly to emergency disclosure requests involving imminent risk to a child

- Maintain records of CSAE-related reports and actions taken as required by applicable law

7. Designated Child Safety Contact

Worsship has designated a Child Safety Point of Contact responsible for receiving, escalating, and coordinating responses to all CSAE-related reports.

This contact is available to:

- Receive reports from users, parents, guardians, and law enforcement

- Coordinate with external child protection organisations

- Ensure compliance with child safety obligations under applicable law

Response time: We aim to acknowledge all child safety reports within 24 hours. Confirmed CSAM will be reported to relevant authorities within the timeframe required by law.

8. Ongoing Commitment

Worsship is committed to continuously improving our child safety practices. We review our policies, moderation processes, and enforcement procedures regularly to ensure they remain effective and aligned with best practices in online child protection.
