When Your Content is Flagged

1

A report is submitted

Any user can flag a video for violating these guidelines. Reports are anonymous and go directly to the Worsship moderation team.

2

We review the report

Our team reviews the flagged content, usually within 24–48 hours. We consider context before making any decision.

3

One of two outcomes

If the content does not violate our guidelines, the report is dismissed and nothing changes. If it does, the video is removed from the feed immediately.

4

You are notified

If your video is removed, you will receive an in-app notification explaining which guideline was violated. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

⚠️ Appeals

If you believe your content was removed in error, contact us at support@worsship.com within 7 days with your video title and the reason you believe the removal was incorrect. We review all appeals within 5 business days.

Withdrawals & Earnings

How withdrawals work

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team before funds are transferred to your bank account. Most requests are processed within a few hours. Some may take up to 48 hours depending on the amount and account history.

Platform fee

Worsship charges a 15% platform fee on all withdrawals. This fee covers payment processing, infrastructure, and platform maintenance. The fee is shown clearly before you confirm any withdrawal.

Minimum withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000. Amounts below this cannot be processed.

When a withdrawal is rejected

1

Your funds are returned

If a withdrawal request is rejected, the full amount is immediately returned to your Worsship wallet. Nothing is lost.

2

You receive a reason

Every rejection includes a written explanation from our team. Common reasons include: suspicious activity patterns, bank account recently changed, or a risk flag on the account.

3

You can request again

After addressing the reason for rejection (e.g., waiting for a bank account change to clear, or contacting support), you can submit a new withdrawal request.

ℹ️ Withdrawal review triggers

Certain conditions automatically flag a withdrawal for manual review: your first-ever withdrawal, amounts over ₦50,000, a bank account changed within the last 48 hours, or unusual withdrawal patterns. This is a security measure to protect your earnings, not a penalty.

Account Restrictions & Suspension

First violation

A warning is issued and the specific content is removed. Your account remains active.

Repeated violations

Repeated violations of the same guideline may result in temporary upload restriction (7–30 days) while your account is reviewed.

Severe violations

Content involving harassment, illegal material, or deliberate fraud may result in immediate permanent suspension without prior warning.

Suspended accounts and earnings

If your account is suspended, any pending withdrawal requests will be held pending review. Earned funds that have already been processed will not be clawed back.
