1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Worsship, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Platform Purpose
Worsship is a faith-based short-form video platform designed to facilitate spiritual content sharing, worship, testimonies and Christian community building. All content must align with Christian values and community standards.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Worsship.
4. Content Guidelines
You may not post content that is sexually explicit, promotes violence or hatred, infringes intellectual property rights, contains misinformation, or is otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
5. Payments and Wallet
All wallet top-ups and payments are processed through Paystack. Worsship charges a 15% platform fee on creator withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant Worsship a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute your content on the platform. You must not upload content you do not own or have permission to share.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
Worsship is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
